NICHOLAS J. SARWARK
Nicholas J. Sarwark, Of Counsel, was born in Phoenix and grew up in the car business, spending summers working at Consolidated Auto Sales helping his grandparents, Ruth and Roman “Slim” Sarwark, operate the independent car dealership they founded in 1942. Instead of taking the straight path into the family business, Nicholas got a degree in computer science and worked as a software engineer in Washington, DC, for both private and government clients.
For five years, Nicholas served as a Deputy State Public Defender in Colorado, working side by side with some of the greatest criminal defense attorneys in the country. During his time in Colorado, Nicholas tried over 35 criminal cases argued to a jury, drafted appeals, and argued before the Colorado Supreme Court.
In 2014, Nicholas came back to Phoenix to take the reins of the family business from his father Frank Sarwark, who was moving toward retirement. Managing a buy-here pay-here car dealership has provided first-hand experience about the challenges faced by auto dealers and finance companies. He brings that knowledge to handling legal challenges faced by independent auto dealers, finance, and service companies.
Mr. Sarwark is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, and New Hampshire.

KYLE HALLSTROM
Kyle Hallstrom is the founding and managing partner of The Hallstrom Law Firm. Kyle has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation, insurance coverage, and collections matters of all levels of complexity. Kyle has litigated cases ranging in value from several thousand to tens of millions of dollars, and tailors his approach to meet every client’s specific needs, goals, and abilities. While primarily practicing in Arizona, Kyle has substantial experience litigating in judicial forums across the nation, as well as in private arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Kyle has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015-2024.
Prior to founding his own firm, Kyle practiced at Fennemore Craig, Arizona's oldest law firm, and one of its most prestigious. After completing his undergraduate at the University of Arizona, Kyle graduated from the New York University School of Law, one of the nation’s top law schools.
Kyle is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Colorado.
